Local Partnerships provides executive recruitment services for councils seeking chief executives, general managers, directors and senior managers.

Our recruitment processes are designed specifically for local government. We understand the governance and probity requirements involved, the importance of elected member and executive confidence, and the difficulty of attracting suitable candidates to regional and remote communities.
