Stephen Blackadder
Director
Stephen Blackadder brings more than 40 years’ experience across Local Government as both a senior executive and a consultant. His career includes service as a General Manager of councils, as well as extensive advisory work supporting councils across Australia.
Barry Omundson
Barry Omundson is a former Local Government Chief Executive Officer with experience across metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote councils.
His background includes Chief Executive Officer/General Manager roles in NSW, Queensland and Tasmania.
Steven Head
New South Wales
Steven Head is a former Local Government Chief Executive Officer with experience leading councils through complex operational, governance, and organisational environments. His work has included direct engagement with elected members, executive teams, and communities across multiple councils.
